What a great class…. great evening….
Here are some of the wonderful dishes being made last night.
We started by making fresh tagliatelle from scratch… preparing the wonderful Bolognese Ragu.
We also had penne alla vodka, one of the best dishes of my repertoire. Easy and ready in few minutes… ( as long as you have prepared the authentic tomato sauce ).
The students really loved Spaghetti with Prawns, Chilli and Lemon.
Let’s not mention tagliatelle al ragu… Simply the best and my fave.
And to end the decadent Tiramisu cake.
