Celebrating Christmas: Salmon Mousse

SPUMA DI SALMONE AFFUMICATO:

 

 

Ingredients

  • 300g smoked salmon
  • 150g mascarpone
  • 12 spoons of fresh cream
  • 5-6 spoon of gin
  • 5-6 spoon of lemon juice
  • Fresh bread
  • Salt and pepper

 

Instructions

  • Place the smoked salmon in a mixer & the lemon juice.
  • Add the gin and turn the mixer on.
  • Add now the mascarpone and turn on the mixer.
  • While the mixer it is on add the fresh cream.
  • Also add salt and pepper.
  • If it is a bit bitter add some sugar.
  • Place it on a fridge and let it rest.

 

To serve:

  • With an ice cream scoop place 2 scoops of the mousse on a plate.
  • Place the bread on the side.
  • You can also serve with fresh rocket.
