For this class we will be making Orecchiette and Cavatelli by hand. The Antipasti will be the unforgetable Pomodori Secchi con Origano. Learn to make the perfect balanced tomato sauce , rocket, ricotta e pecorino. And for the main we will stuff lamb cutlets with ham and ricotta. To end we will make Torta di Mandorle (Almond and Lemon Torta).
