Pasta Frolla Salata

280g of flour 00

225 cold butter cut into cubes

80ml iced water


Place the flour, butter in a bowl of a food processor and quickly mix until crumbles.

Add the water slowly until it forms a dough.

Turn the dough out onto a sheet of cling film, flatten into a disc, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
