TAGLIATELLE CON BROCOLLI
- 2 broccoli
- Approx 150g of butter
- Stale bread
- 250ml of fresh cream
- Taleggio cheese
- Basil, parsley
- 300g of tagliatelle
- Salt and pepper
- Place the broccoli in salted cold water and let it cook until al dente.
2. Place about 100g of butter in a pan and add the breadcrumbs.
3.Once golden, add the cream and bring to boil.
4. Add the broccoli and let it cook very gently on a low heat for 2 minutes. Let the sauce rest.
5. Cook the pasta al dente, drain it.
6.Toss the sauce around the pasta, add the taleggio, torn basil and chopped parsley.
7.Grate some parmesan and serve immediately.
